As I prepare for Vision Quest 2009, I have an added element to enhance the guided meditation process. I have created "The Visualization Pillow." This is a wonderfully relaxing and refreshing pillow that rests over your eyes as you meditate or visualize on what you intend to manifest. It is made of crushed purple velvet and feels luxurious against the skin. Inside is where the real magic begins in that it is filled with high-grade French blue lavender and flax seed. This makes it very healthy and safe for children and pets.
The aroma this pillow gives off is amazing! It can be used to enhance your visualization experience or to relax your nerves, clear your mind, or to help with falling asleep as well. It is really quite amazing. Lavender is known to have healing qualities and this is certainly the case for me.
The other day, I had a rare tension headache and placed the pillow upon my eyes and inhaled deeply and after about a ten minute rest the headache was gone! These are also excellent for those of you that have trouble sleeping, nightmares or bad dreams. My daughter took one to bed with her and said she had only sweet dreams.
